The office assistant will be responsible for the switchboard which entails answering and directing all incoming calls, and taking detailed messages. As well, the office assistant will work with the Purchasing department, creating purchase orders; and will support the Marketing and Sales team, and other duties as requested.
Must be proficient and able to demonstrate:
Word particularly with the Mail Merge module
Excel – must be able to setup spreadsheets, enter data, and use basic level functions
Candidate must be an effective communicator (written and spoken), detailed-oriented, and able to multi-task in a growing company. This is a salaried position.
